The brokerage company we are reviewing today tries to attract new clients with sweet promises and supposed advantages. The firm claims to offer the best conditions, but it’s hard to agree with that. It also calls itself the fastest-growing online broker, which is difficult to believe. So, read our Capitalis Sa review.

Registration and Client Portal Review
Capitalis Sa presents itself as an experienced broker. It claims to have been providing services for over twenty years. However, judging by the design of its official website, this is hard to believe. Consider the following:
- There is almost no information about the trading platform or the conditions the broker offers.
- The user agreement not only lacks the company’s details but doesn’t even mention its name.
- It is unclear who issued the license allowing the organization to operate in financial markets.
- Instead of a copy of the registration certificate, only an international LEI code is provided.
The reasons why Capitalis Sa, which allegedly has been operating for “twenty years”, conceals all information about itself remain unclear to us. Additionally, it seems strange that the broker has no offices in other countries, even though, according to its representatives, it serves traders far beyond Switzerland.
The founders of the Capitalis Sa project actively encourage beginners to register quickly, seemingly as a way to attract investments from inexperienced users. The account registration interface is available on every section of the homepage. Users are required to provide their first name, last name, phone number, email address, and password. There is also a separate field for entering a promo code, as well as two main links to legal documents.
Notably, the broker does not even send a verification link to confirm your email address. Instead, you are immediately granted access to the personal account area. The interface of the account is very basic and includes functions for updating personal details, changing the password, and completing verification. There is a dedicated tab for the trading terminal, as well as sections for depositing and withdrawing funds.
Capitalis Sa Trading Conditions
Now let’s take a closer look at the services offered by the company.
Account Types Review
The broker only provides CFDs, with no other types of financial instruments available. Regarding market classes, all the main ones are covered: forex, crypto, commodities, and stocks, totaling over 500 instruments. Capitalis offers clients three pricing plans to choose from:
- Forex. This is the basic option, requiring a minimum deposit of €100 and offering a leverage of 1:100. At first glance, it seems like a great starting point for beginners, but the hidden drawback lies in its limited features. This account offers just five contracts for trading and standard access to webinars, making it more of a “warm-up” account. It lacks proper trading tools and opportunities for effective trading.
- Commodity. For €1,000, users gain slightly more privileges, including access to 15 contracts and personalized webinars. This account also adds weekly CME reports, which can help navigate the commodities markets. However, for this price, access to tools and information remains limited. This raises questions about whether the account truly justifies its cost.
- Stock. The most expensive account type, requiring a minimum deposit of €10,000, allegedly provides full access to all features. However, even here there are shortcomings. While it claims to offer features like trade copying and personalized trading plans, the functionality of the Capitalis platform itself is unimpressive. It feels like you’re paying for the illusion of professional trading rather than genuine support for earning profits.
The account tiers don’t offer significant advantages over one another, yet they demand large deposits. There’s no cent account available, and the leverage once again highlights the lack of licensing for Capitalis Sa.
The company’s website does not provide transparent information about commissions, which is already a red flag. However, based on general account terms and features, it can be assumed that commissions do exist and may be hidden in spreads or other transactional fees. This also suggests that Capitalis Sa profits from client losses, meaning the platform is incentivized to see its users lose money as a source of revenue.
Trading Platform
The broker’s platform has several drawbacks: limited functionality, a poor selection of indicators, and only basic tools. It lacks options for in-depth and advanced chart analysis, and even a simple demo mode is unavailable.
Additionally, the terminal is only available as a web version. There are no mobile applications for Android/iOS or desktop versions for PCs. The platform’s rating is also unknown.
Capitalis Sa — Deposit and Withdrawal of Funds
The deposit process is quite concerning. You fill out a request, enter the amount, and then “managers” reach out to give you the payment details. This is a clear red flag! Brokers should have their payment information openly available. There shouldn’t be anyone acting as an intermediary between you and your ability to deposit or withdraw funds.
The withdrawal process is no different. You submit a request and just wait for them to contact you, possibly never hearing from them. There’s no mention of fees, which makes it even more suspicious.
The company’s official website does not specify the methods for deposits and withdrawals. It only mentions that withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours, but we seriously doubt whether withdrawing is even possible. In the personal account, under the withdrawal section, the available methods listed include cryptocurrencies, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers
Verification
The Capitalis Sa brand requests documents from beginner traders. However, the official website does not provide links to an anti-money laundering policy, nor does it mention regulation of the project.
As a result, the conclusion is clear: submitting your documents to a scammer is unsafe, and you should expect potential manipulations during the withdrawal stage.
Additional Options
When registering an account, Capitalis Sa employees encourage you to enter a promo code. These codes are typically distributed by the official partners of the dealing center. This gives the impression that there might be an affiliate program in place. However, there is no description of such a program available. Perhaps more detailed information can be obtained from the company’s representatives.
Is Capitalis Sa a Scam?
Based on our investigation of the official website of the broker, we can conclude that this is yet another scam. However, we decided to verify its registration details, which the company claims to have. Perhaps they would help clear any remaining doubts.
Legal Information and License
The website of Capitalis states that its head office is located in Switzerland, but instead of providing a registration certificate, they offer an LEI code, the authenticity of which we decided to check. Indeed, it was not difficult to find the company in the official registry using this code. However, the code actually belongs to another large investment company called Capitalis SA. Moreover, it was registered in 2018, not twenty years ago as claimed.
There is no doubt that the details of this legitimate company were stolen by the representatives of our subject company to deceive potential investors and exploit their trust.
Capitalissa.com Domain Info
We didn’t overlook the domain used by our subject, Capitalis. In fact, checking the domain allowed us to determine the exact date the project appeared online. And it happened only at the end of September 2024.
Contacts Review
The contact information on the website includes a phone number, email, and even an address. However, the address is fake, as no offices of this broker have been found at that location. As for the phone number and email, users in reviews complain that it is nearly impossible to reach customer support, unless they decide to contact you first. However, cold calling is notably persistent and intrusive.
More Details
Another suspicious aspect is the investment services offered by Capitalis SA. The company promotes investments with extremely high returns, fixed terms, and profit guarantees: 1% per day, with terms ranging from 1 to 90 days. Furthermore, the longer the deposit term, the higher the return — up to 5% of the total amount if the capital is invested for the maximum period. This setup resembles a financial pyramid.
Pros and Cons
- Wide range of available markets.
- Lack of proper regulation.
- Limited payment methods.
- Poor transparency with fees.
- Unavailable customer support.
- The absence of a demo.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
The platform provides CFDs for these markets, with different account types
According to the trading conditions on the platform, the minimum deposit for a Forex account is €100.
Based on the available information and our review, it appears to be a potentially unsafe broker.
For now, I’m hesitant.
I am currently exploring this company as a potential broker for trading. The website looks quite professional: it provides detailed descriptions of the instruments, trading conditions, and additional services. However, I still have some concerns. For instance, what is their regulatory status? The site claims a long-standing experience and a large client base, yet I couldn’t find any supporting reviews online, especially from periods before 2024. At this stage, I’m not fully confident that this company is trustworthy. I need to research further, look for genuine feedback, and discuss it with other traders on specialized forums. For now, I’m holding off on registering. If I do decide to try trading with Capitalis, I’ll make sure to leave another comment about my experience.
