Registration and Client Portal Review
The Onecapital Invest official website is an example of what brokers shouldn’t do. Despite the bright cover, there is nothing to praise at all. There is practically nothing on the website about the terms of cooperation with the company. There is very little information about trading conditions and about the broker. All the content is a meaningless enumeration of the advantages of Onecapital Invest. There are also requests to open an account sooner, and statistics in which there is not a single truth.
To register on the platform, you need to fill out a small form. Enter the following data:
- First and last name
- Country and address of residence
- Account currency
- Email and phone.
Also, if you have a promo code, enter it in the field below.
We were left perplexed by the fact that Onecapital Invest does not verify user data. The broker does not send a confirmation link to your email. Two-factor authentication, or at least Google authentication is also not provided. You can only hope for a password. So come up with a reliable one.
The Client Portal is not too impressive. It’s very minimalistic. On the main page, traders can set a goal and track their investment progress. Also, here you can download a terminal, fund your account, or withdraw money.
Onecapital Invest Trading Conditions
The broker does not seem to us a promising partner for cooperation. Its trading conditions leave too many questions.
Account Types Review
We don’t even know if Onecapital Invest has any account types. Apparently, it is the only one with uniform trading conditions. However, what these conditions are is unknown. The broker does not specify a minimum deposit, leverage, or the size of spreads. By the way, there is no hint of copy trading in the client portal either. What is it, secrecy, or negligence? Anyway, Onecapital Invest only at the stage of the first acquaintance looks like a scam.
Trading Platform
After studying the trading platform, we also have a lot of questions. First, what kind of platform is this is unknown. Onecapital Invest writes that this is MetaTrader 4. However, it is impossible to download this app from the PlayMarket and App Store. The broker will simply redirect you via a link to the registration page. The terminal can be downloaded only in your personal account. However, it is called very strangely — Finansys Fx.
We checked it. And you know what? This is another scam broker. It offers to download a platform of its own development, not MT4. Why does Onecapital Invest use another broker’s terminal and pass it off as MT4? The answer is obvious. It’s a scam too.
Onecapital Invest — Deposit and Withdrawal of Funds
Withdrawal and deposit can be done by wire transfers or bank cards. The broker does not mention deposit fees. However, the withdrawal fees here are actually huge. So, if you withdraw money using a bank card, you will have to pay a $25 commission. If you use a wire transfer, the commission will be $50. At the same time, for the first method, the minimum withdrawal amount is $100, and for the second $250. Onecapital Invest processes withdrawal requests within 2-5 business days.
Verification
The broker requires you to pass verification. You can do this in your personal account. You will be asked to provide proof of identity and residential address. It is also mandatory that Onecapital Invest requires you to confirm the legality of the origin of funds. To do this, you will need to provide a bank statement.
Additional Options
The broker does not have a description of additional services. The mention of copy-trading is only on the main page. So we don’t even know if Onecapital Invest will actually provide this service.
Is Onecapital Invest a Scam?
Even after a cursory study, we are sure that Onecapital Invest is another big scam. The broker shows all the typical signs of fraud.
Legal Information and License
The contact details include the English address of the office. It is logical that therefore we assumed that the management company of Onecapital Invest is registered in the UK. However, we were disappointed. There is no legal entity with this name and address in the UK registry. Then we carefully read the user agreement. It turns out that the jurisdiction in which all disputes with traders will be resolved is Estonia.
The registry of this country is also open. It is not difficult to check it. However, Onecapital Invest is not authorized in it either.
If the company is not legally registered in any state, no one will issue a license to it. Contrary to what is written on the website, this broker is not regulated by either the FCA, CySEC, or Baffin. Moreover, the Cyprus regulator warned that it is an unauthorized broker.
Onecapitalinvest.com Domain Info
Experts advise choosing brokers who have been working for at least 5 years. Most scammers close their projects after a year, a maximum of two years of existence. Onecapital Invest can’t be called a long-liver either. Domain check showed that the official website of the project was registered on January 2, 2022.
Contacts Review
The broker doesn’t have enough contact details. Judge for yourself. It did not provide a phone number. The address is also probably fake. After all, we have already found out that Onecapital Invest is not listed either in the register of England or in the register of Estonia.
Pros and Cons
- None.
- Trading conditions are not described.
- Fake legal data.
- No license.
- There is no official registration.
- Short working time.
- Negative reviews.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
The broker offers to trade CFDs, as well as use the copy-trading service.
Unfortunately, Onecapital Invest treats traders so negligently that it did not even specify the minimum deposit amount. You can check it with the support.
No, Onecapital Invest is a scam. This broker is unregulated.
I lost money of my own stupidity
It is simply useless to argue with such deceivers as these. As it turned out, they called me from disposable SIM cards. As soon as there were problems with the withdrawal of funds, they stopped answering calls. Then I found out that Onecapital Invest is unregulated. I had to turn to lawyers. It cost me a pretty penny. But now it is not clear at all whether the chargeback will be of any use. So I have only one wish right now. Let these scammers burn in hell.
In no case, do not invest here
I found this broker via an advertising link. I read that people are actively discussing this broker and many are happy with the cooperation with it. Therefore, I decided to invest. How was I supposed to know that this is a scam that specifically deals with rating cheating to attract newcomers? This carelessness cost me almost $2,000. Let others know about the danger, and do not invest a penny here.
It’s a fake broker
I lost a large sum on this platform. In total, I left the scammers with $2,500. They disguised themselves well. And I, as a layman, just believed them and didn’t even ask for a license. Now all that remains for me is to write negative reviews on the different sites. Don’t repeat my mistakes.
Strange services
I don’t understand what their main specialization is. If this is copy-trading, then I need at least a little more about what has been written. There is not even a link to trading strategies anywhere. And where is the information about trading accounts? Well, it may appear later. I’ll wait, of course. I want to figure out what kind of broker it is.
