Congratulations, you’ve landed on the review of Resolve Money LTD, which will reveal the whole truth about this broker and show you why it is a fraudulent company that targets trusting and naive traders with the intent to deceive them. The firm confidently claims to have a headquarters in London, but this is a lie, as is the information about the security of client funds.

Registration and Client Portal Review

The official website is the calling card of any brokerage company. If you look at the sites of proven and experienced brokers, you will see a blend of beauty and visual aesthetics with quality and useful information. Such organizations will definitely provide detailed information about themselves and thoroughly disclose all trading conditions.

However, this cannot be said for resolve-money.com. The broker does not provide important data and partially hides trading conditions. So from the first impression, the platform cannot be judged as transparent and honest.

Resolve Money LTD - site

Looking at the structure of the site and its visual design, it is mediocre. It’s not terribly ugly, but there’s nothing particularly praiseworthy either.

In the top left corner, there is a menu, on the right are buttons for switching languages, and the main page describes the advantages and merits, decorated with pictures of bulls and people presumably engaged in trading.

The navigation is quite simplified, but the quality of the text leaves much to be desired. In general, Resolve Money LTD has provided a rather weak official website, which reflects the company as non-serious and mediocre.

The account creation process involves entering personal information:

  • Contacts.
  • Name.
  • Promo code (if any).
  • Password.
  • Country.

You must also agree to the user conditions, privacy policy, and deposits and withdrawal policy. At the same time, clients can subscribe to receive updates and news, which can be unsubscribed from at any time.

Registration

Upon entering the personal account, the system immediately requests verification, but this can be postponed. Through the client portal, users can edit personal data, upload documents KYC, open new accounts, view current balances and trading history, and manage finances. Overall, nothing extraordinary.

No functionality for an affiliate program was noted. It is also worth mentioning a clear downside — the absence of a demo account. Resolve Money LTD does not offer such an option, although it seems to be a standard requirement for every broker.

Trading Conditions

It is a CFD broker, so you can only trade this type of instrument here. The available market classes include forex, metals, indices, stocks, commodities, and cryptocurrencies. It’s also important to consider tariff plans, as they play a crucial role, determining the set of additional services offered.

Account Types Review

Resolve Money LTD has developed five types of accounts, one of which is investment. The initial deposit is small — $100, which is necessary to open the first tariff, which includes only trading with an analyst for 5 days and financial news. The second type of account requires a more substantial sum of deposit — $10,000, and adds webinars and weekly CME reports, as well as more advantageous fees. The difference in minimum deposits between the first and second types of accounts is vast, but the amount of additional service is not.

The third and fourth tariffs at Resolve Money LTD require staggering capital, $50,000 and $100,000 respectively. Will there be anyone willing to risk such amounts? I don’t think so. However, these packages include a variety of features, such as copy-trading, financial planning, and even IPOs.

Account types

Okay, the broker has explained what services it offers, but where is the description of the trading conditions? Where is the table with current spreads, as well as specifying their type? What about the commissions? Leverage is also not indicated, but it can be viewed in the personal account. It seems absurd that in order to know what leverage options are available to traders, one must register an account.

Resolve Money LTD looks very secretive, and this is not surprising. Fraudulent companies intentionally do not disclose important trading conditions, leaving traders in the dark. By the way, the maximum leverage of 1:1000 is simply prohibited by UK regulators.

Terminal

A separate section describing the terminal is absent on the website. Only on the main page does the company discuss fast execution, and the FAQ section mentions support for auto-trading, limit orders, real-time market data, and advanced charting tools. Additionally, clients can create their own platform interface and save templates.

Terminal

Looking at the trading platform, it can be said that most of the claimed advantages and options are indeed available. Traders can connect bots for auto-trading, save their own layouts, receive emails to their inbox, and read within the terminal, and so on.

However, Resolve Money LTD has been misled by stating support for all types of devices. I did not notice that the broker offered to download a mobile app for Android/iOS or a desktop for Windows/Mac OS. Apparently, the platform is adapted for mobile browsers, but this is not a full replacement for a mobile app.

How To Deposit and Withdrawal?

According to the information on the official website, Resolve Money LTD supports credit/debit cards, e-wallets, and bank wire transfers. There are no fees for deposits, but there are fees for withdrawals up to 2.99% depending on the transfer method.

However, in the personal account, the methods for depositing funds are entirely different. E-wallets and bank wire transfers have disappeared, while credit/debit cards remain, but cryptocurrencies have been added. Even regarding the methods of transferring funds, Resolve Money LTD cannot provide accurate information.

Transfers using cryptocurrency require special attention. Firstly, the recipient of the funds can remain anonymous, making it extremely difficult to identify their identity. Secondly, a transaction cannot be canceled, so chargebacks and other return services do not work.

How to Pass KYC?

The verification process at Resolve Money LTD is mandatory. To undergo verification, you need to upload specific documents. This is done through the personal account. Simply go to the “Profile” section, then move to “Documents”. After this, a window will open with detailed information on what documents need to be provided to the company for verification. You can also receive examples of these documents via email.

Additional Options

The additional features at Resolve Money LTD are diverse. These include not only the options listed previously (copy-trading, webinars, IPO) but also an affiliate program, individual trading plan, arbitration, insurance, accreditation of a professional investor, and introduction of the over-the-counter investment environment.

For those who can afford a deposit of $500,000 or more, the firm offers an exclusive membership. However, the specific advantages of this privilege are not disclosed.

The firm also has less key and useful tools. A glossary and FAQ, a news feed, and basic information about market classes. This is insufficient as educational courses and analytical reviews are absent.

Is This a Scam?

Does anyone still doubt that this is a fraudulent company? Well, then the further review of Resolve Money LTD should dispel all doubts.

The firm shares an address in the UK on its website, suggesting that the company should be officially registered, and to verify this, one can simply look into the Companies House registry.

Yes, there is an organization with the same name, Resolve Money LTD, found there, but it is unlikely to be the subject of this review. Why? Because the legal address differs from the one listed on the site. Furthermore, the company was registered in 2014, but it is unlikely that the platform was launched 10 years ago, though I will discuss the duration of operation later. And the last point, the firm may soon be removed from the registry.

Companies House

Additionally, it is possible to verify that Resolve Money LTD has not received a license by checking with the FCA. The search did not yield any matches, only a similar name, but the found firm also has no relation to the scammers.

Resolve Money LTD - FCA

What conclusion can be drawn from checks of official registries? Very simple. The scammers list a fake address in the UK, and the firm definitely does not have a license from the British regulator. Are you still wondering whether they are fraudsters or not?

Domain Info

The review of resolve-money.com can provide useful information, for example, by looking at the date of domain registration, one can find out when the platform was founded. This occurred in January of this year, so there can be no talk of extensive and solid experience.

Contacts Review

There is no point in writing to the email address, as it is fake. Of course, you can try, but you are unlikely to receive a response. The phone number may also be fabricated.

Fake email

Additionally, users can write a message in a special form for feedback. It would be great to talk with support managers in an online chat, but it is not connected. Also, Resolve Money LTD does not have accounts on social networks.

More Details

I want to add a few more red flags. For instance, the broker’s business model is 100% B-Book. It means that the company processes client orders internally, so it benefits when clients lose their funds — a classic conflict of interest.

Also, we should not overlook the company’s secrecy. It ignores many facts about its activities, hides important trading conditions, and lacks an established online reputation since there are very few reviews.

Resolve Money LTD does not have partnerships with major sports clubs or media personalities, and the brand is unknown, so the company cannot provide any guarantees of reliability.

Pros and Cons

  • The broker supports multiple languages.
  • The broker lists a fake legal address.
  • The company is maximally secretive and non-transparent.
  • The duration of the operation is less than a year.
  • The business model with a conflict of interest.
  • No license.
  • Anonymous management.

Resolve Money LTD Summary

Resolve Money LTD - favi

So, there is no license, the duration of operation is very short, and the address in the UK is fake. Important trading conditions are undisclosed, but overall, it is evident how the broker uses fraudulent principles to extort funds from clients, offering them more services at higher tariffs. This is plain fraud, so I recommend staying away from such pseudo-organizations.

    I lost $1,000

Do not invest here, because you will not be able to get your funds back. I’m not making this up; I really can’t withdraw funds from this fraudulent outfit. I have $1,000 stuck, and the scammers won’t even send a response as to why the withdrawal isn’t working. It’s a super sad experience. Simply awful.

    Pretty sure it's a scam

I have no desire to try trading with Resolve Money Limited. In my humble opinion, this is yet another scam broker, created by some group of anonymous fraudsters, and that’s the whole story. There is no real trading or actual liquidity here because it’s all fake. Any promises, advantages, and merits are also 100% fake information. The company has many negative factors, yet there are too few reviews about it online. If you see positive comments, don’t believe them; they are commissioned or, in other words, bought. Scammers and crooks love to operate in this way.
In short, it’s a typical fraud, just like 99% of other Forex platforms. Even registering a personal account is pointless.
