The only thing that hints at its limited global presence is the fact that it is available exclusively in English. We believe that a truly internationally recognized broker should offer more than just one language.

But what no one will tell you except us is that throughout the website, the brand name “Zachs Invest” contains hidden Cyrillic letters. This subtle yet deceptive tactic is a classic example of spoofing — a trick often used by scammers to mislead users into thinking they are dealing with a reputable company when, in reality, they are not.

A legitimate broker should have no need to disguise its name or manipulate users with visual tricks. If a company engages in such deceptive practices right from the start, it raises serious concerns about the fairness and reliability of its trading operations.

We proceeded with the registration process and quickly discovered that gaining access to both the client portal and the trading platform requires nothing more than filling out a simple form with personal details.

No email confirmation is required — not even a basic verification step. You can literally enter any random characters, even completely made-up information, and voilà — you’re inside the client dashboard.

In reality, no serious trader would rely solely on AI for risk management, especially when even top-tier AI models still struggle with complex market conditions.

Let’s assume they mean:

• Exclusive trade ideas (but why would they hold back valuable insights from standard users?)
• Lower spreads or commissions (so, instead of offering fair conditions to everyone, they’re just using it as bait?)
• Access to “special” assets (which likely means ultra-risky, low-liquidity instruments designed to drain your funds).

No matter how we spin it, this concept makes no sense. A legitimate broker provides fair conditions to all traders, regardless of their deposit size.

Trading Platform

The broker boasts about its “ultimate” trading platform, but after testing it, we found it to be one of the worst we’ve seen. Instead of providing traders with a reliable, customizable, and feature-rich interface, they offer a poorly optimized, restrictive, and outdated web platform.

We reviewed the deposit and withdrawal policy. And first of all, we want to note that you can fund your account and withdraw money using cards, bank transfers, or cryptocurrency. The same methods are available for withdrawals. The document also lists ‌fees. In case you’re wondering, they are 1% of the amount, but no less than $30 and no more than $300.

For the first withdrawal, the company will need 7-10 days to process your request (yes, we’re also shocked by how “fast” they are). Subsequent withdrawals will depend on your payment provider. And how long they will take to process your requests — they, for some reason, decided not to tell you.

Verification

Verification is exactly the reason why your first withdrawal will be delayed by 7-10 days. And honestly, we don’t know what could take that long to verify. Yet, strangely enough, verification isn’t required for deposits. It mysteriously only pops up when you try to withdraw your funds. In fact, the broker just needs to check your passport, proof of address, and payment method. Why such complications when all the legitimate companies usually complete KYC on the same day the client registers? The question is rhetorical. Do not answer it, just think carefully about it.

Additional Options

Zachs Invest offers a service called VIP, and do you know what the main perk is? Meetings with company representatives. Let’s be clear: this is not a privilege. There’s a conflict of interest here. The client should be treated as a client, not as someone who needs to be “privileged” to have access to company employees. There’s nothing special about simply visiting the broker’s office and chatting with a manager. Making this seem like an exclusive, high-end service is just an attempt to create a false sense of importance. And don’t fall for the idea of making this into some kind of cult or special offer. There’s nothing VIP about just talking to a manager — it should be a standard part of the service, not a special luxury.

Is Zachs Invest a Scam?

Finally, we’ve reached one of the key parts of our review and are now going to uncover what’s hiding behind the curtain of this supposedly “successful” broker. Is everything really as clean and transparent as they claim?

Here’s a literal excerpt from the broker’s agreement:

“The Terms and the relationship between the parties shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of as stated in Terms and Conditions and you irrevocably submit, for the benefit of the Company, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of as stated in Terms and Conditions to settle any disputes.”

Now, can someone explain where this jurisdiction is? Where does it say anything about it? Nowhere on the website can you find a single mention of where this broker is actually based. In the “contacts” section, it says their HQ is in London. So we checked the UK company registry, and guess what? We didn’t find a single company named Zachs Investments Group. Sure, there’s plenty of other Zachs names like Zachs Cleaning, Zachs Garage, and even Zachs Jeweller, but not the one we’re looking for.

Instead, we found Zack’s Investments, which has nothing to do with the broker we’re reviewing. But it sure creates the illusion that such a company exists (just one letter off, after all). And yes, this is more spoofery, as we mentioned earlier.

Finding when this broker “came to life” is easy enough. We just checked the whois data, and it shows that the domain was registered on October 29, 2024. So, this broker has been around for only a couple of months. Definitely not something you should consider as a reliable option

So, for contact, they offer a phone number, email, and even a live chat. Naturally, the address is mysteriously “somewhere in London.” As we remember, meeting them in person is a VIP ritual. But here’s something for you to think about: why would a company with an office in London have a phone number like this: +1 289 246 1790?
