TradeEU pretends to be a broker suitable for all clients, even beginners. A personalized platform that will help you achieve your goals. That’s how this project characterized itself. We often hear such loud statements from scams. Therefore, we would not be in a hurry to open an account here. To begin with, it’s better to make sure that this is a reliable company, and there is no negativity in the reviews.

Registration and Client Portal Review
We would like to start with the advantages of the broker. However, as always, the disadvantages immediately catch our eye. TradeEU has a rather awkward website. It’s just full of a variety of meaningless pictures. The purpose of some of them is generally quite difficult to understand. Maybe we understand the barrel of oil in the picture. It is implied that this is a trading instrument. However, what headphones are there for? There is extremely little text content on the main page at all. At least there is legal information in the footer. That will be very useful to us in the review.
However, it is not so easy to open an account on the TradeEU platform. Even though a rather limited list of countries is presented in the footer, it is obvious that the broker does not provide services to more clients. Despite the fact that CySEC operates according to the EU directive, we were unable to open an account from a European country. However, maybe it’s just technical problems on the site.
TradeEU Trading Conditions
Well, we did not manage to get into the Client Portal. However, we will continue our investigation. Let’s see what the broker can offer traders.
Account Types Review
TradeEU offers only three account types. However, their detailed description is not provided. The broker specifies rather superficial characteristics. So, the Silver account is most suitable for beginners. Traders will be provided with educational materials, support, and lower spreads.
Gold accounts are suitable for traders of the next level. Here they can get tight spreads and access to advanced trading tools. The Platinum account is designed for professional traders. TradeEU promises to provide additional exclusive benefits, super-tight spreads, private consultations with a dedicated account manager, and private seminars and events.
No other data is specified. It is completely unclear what leverage, spreads, minimum deposit, and so on are on the platform.
Nothing is known about the platform either. TradeEU says that this is the original development platform. It is represented only by the web version. We also failed to test the terminal. So we can’t describe its pros and cons. TradeEU does not provide a demo account either.
TradeEU — Deposit and Withdrawal of Funds
There are not so many ways to deposit. TradeEU offers clients only the following payment methods:
- Wire transfer.
The card transfer will be credited to the account instantly. The wire transfer takes longer, 1-3 days. You can withdraw money using the same methods. It is not specified how long it will take to process the withdrawal request.
The Cyprus regulator imposes standard requirements for the KYC procedure. All TradeEU customers have to pass verification. To do this, you need to send copies of suitable documents to the broker. Nothing special is required of you. You just need to confirm your identity and place of residence. To do this, you will need to make a copy of an international or national passport and provide a utility bill or a bank statement with the address.
Very little has been written about additional services. From the description of the accounts, we realized that TradeEU can provide clients with basic education. We do not know what quality these materials are. There is not a single example on the official website. Obviously, the broker does not have any additional services.
Is TradeEU a Scam?
We were not very impressed with the trading conditions. The situation with some problems in the registration process also did not cheer up. Let’s see if there are any other problems with this broker.
Legal Information and License
TradeEU claims to be registered in Cyprus and has received a license from CySEC. We have checked and confirmed this information. TradeEU has a license. Clients can trade on this platform CFD and Forex. Therefore, the situation with limited registration is completely unclear to us.
There are no prerequisites to prohibit customers from European countries from creating an account. However, perhaps this is a personal wish of the broker. You should also remember that Cyprus is still offshore. And if you have any problems with the broker, then you will have to solve them on the territory of this state.
Tradeeu.com Domain Info
The broker’s lifespan is not that long. In the register, we drew attention to the fact that the company was established in 2021. Although the domain check showed that it was created back in 2005. However, most likely TradeEU just acquired an old domain. According to the web archive, the site was empty. And only in 2021, the broker posted content on it. Trader reviews also began to appear just a year ago.
You can contact support by phone number or by writing an email. Some traders complain that it can be quite difficult to get through to managers. There are also complaints that emails are ignored. Of course, all this does not suit a licensed broker.
Pros and Cons
- CySec license.
- Opaque trading conditions.
- A short period of work.
- Negative reviews.
- Offshore registration.
- Duboius trading terminal.
